Welcome to Together Dog Co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related communication or transactions. By using this site or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Overview

Together Dog Co. provides dog training, boarding, daycare, and virtual coaching services. These offerings are subject to availability and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or dog for safety, ethical, or behavioral reasons.

2. Client Requirements

To book any service, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your dog(s).

• Agree to all health, behavior, and vaccination requirements.

You are responsible for disclosing any known behavioral issues, health concerns, or aggression in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services without refund.

3. Health & Vaccination Policy

All dogs must be up to date on:

• Rabies

• DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• Flea/tick prevention

Proof of current vaccinations is required prior to any boarding or training session. Dogs showing signs of illness or contagious conditions may be refused entry or asked to be picked up.

4. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve training, boarding, or daycare services.

• Full payment is due by the first day of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Payment can be made via credit card, Venmo (@TogetherDogCo), or other approved methods.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your service window.

• Cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to full service charges.

• No refunds are given for completed services, missed appointments, or early pick-ups.

We understand emergencies happen—please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

6. Training & Behavior Disclaimer

Dog training results vary depending on the dog’s age, temperament, environment, and consistency from the owner. Together Dog Co. does not guarantee specific results or timelines.

Client participation is essential for long-term behavior change. We provide guidance, support, and techniques—but success depends on continued follow-through.

7. Safety & Liability

You agree to:

• Accept full responsibility for your dog’s behavior during and after any service.

• Follow all instructions provided by Together Dog Co.

• Use training tools and techniques responsibly and humanely.

Together Dog Co. is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during services—unless caused by proven negligence on our part. You agree to hold Together Dog Co. harmless for any incidents resulting from failure to disclose known behavior or health risks.

8. Photo & Media Release

By participating in our services, you grant Together Dog Co. permission to take and share photos or videos of your dog(s) for marketing, education, and social media purposes.

You may opt out by submitting a written request before your service begins.

9. Use of Website

This website and its content are the property of Together Dog Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content, images, or branding without written permission.

Misuse of the site, including spam, hacking, or unauthorized use of our booking forms or communication channels, is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

Together Dog Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
